COVID-19 helpline

A virtual relief and recovery centre in the form of a helpline is available to assist residents during and after the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. 

Residents can access the service in these ways:

• Phone: 5434 6237 Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
• Email: covid19relief@bendigo.vic.gov.au

Phone or email to receive information on emergency housing, food relief, financial assistance, business support, counselling and mental health support.

All information provided will be based on local support available in Greater Bendigo.
